  Pretty sure the one was a HK usp .40 or .45 its to big to be the 9mm and the other is a Smith and Wesson something I think.

  The one on the cover of the DVD box appears to be a Ruger MKII with a supresser on it.

  I believe he uses both. HK USP for most of the movie and then the Ruger MKII at the Jazz club scene.
