Aguila and twist rate help also Volquartsen help

fist merry christmas to all! I really like shooting the aguila ss sub-sonic 60 grain bullet stuff. Does anyone know or how i can i find out the correct twist rate to get the most out of this round? I have heard one in seven? IS this true? I wonder if Volquartsen would make me up one with the twist i wanted? Does anyone know what the standard twist rate is on his 22's?   1 to 9 or more due to the weight.(this goes for the .223 Nato as well) 60 grain bullets in 22 cal. need this. These bullets will de-stablize after 100 yards. with a less twist. Lesser weight bullets (30-55gr.)go with the 1 to 12 or more depending on barrel length. Best, Robert
