Cabela's also has them, as probably does the local gunshop if you have one.

Functional "Dummies" & "Snap Caps" are two different animals. Lot of the Snap Caps are cheaply made of plastic. If your trying to check the feeding mechanism of a pump or semi-auto with them, they'll self-destruct, before you know it.

Depending on your use, you might what to check what you receive to verify that they are "dummy" rounds. As a hunter education instructor, dummy rounds are used in classroom demonstration. Last year one of the instructors received some rounds marked "dummy" and at least one of them was "live" which the instructor learned when he was demonstrating the cycling process of a rifle. Fortunately the instructor was following the safe handling procedures and all htat needed repair was the hole in the wall, along with a very surprised instructor and class. Lesson well learned.

Any time I ever needed to check the functioning of a shotgun I just filled a few emptys up with acraglas and carefully crimped over that. Any body type filler would do as well.

Gun control is hitting what your aiming at.
