need help in mass

so apparently its illegal to have a folding stock on a shotgun here in mass...i thought it was perfectly legal but was wrong...we can have a pistol grip but no folding stock...well how about a telescoping stock? this sucks cuz i was about to send out my saiga shotgun to be converted to pistol grip configuration with either a telescoping or folding stock but i guess i cant now...does anyone have any further info for me? i knew we couldnt put pistol grips and folders on rifles but i thought shotguns were perfectly ok...any info is much appreciated
