Bobski; shotgun question

I have a chance to buy an old model Remington 1100 .410 skeet , And was wondering of a value in this gun which is 95-98% condition, I know 1100 410's go for alot higher prices as the other guages, what would be fair, thanks...

  450.00 plus or minus some change. 410's have a bad habit of only liking certain shells. if remingtons dont work, try winchesters...etc..
