world famous bobski mystery thing, part 1

i found it in my drawer. what circa is this thing? and what was it issued with or for? was it for general use or a special tool for a certain gun? thank and enjoy! afterall, we are a gun website, right?[:)]cleaningtool.jpg

    Well, the wire thingy is a 22 caliber gun brush.

    Not sure about the other two things. Were there any suppositories with them? [:D]

    Top is an F to BNC cable adapter.

    nope..cant be a cable adapter...its solid brass with no place for a wire to go. i think it must be a cleaning rod handle. the brush came out of the center of the device. the cap is just that, a cap. [?]

    The bottom thing looks like the handle of a "deburring" tool. The middle is spiral wire bound brush for cleaning pipes or gun barrels. The top is a threaded plug machined around 5/16"x 16tpi possibly for a drain in a compressor water removal valve. The bacground is a piece of cardboard. And finally Bobski has to much "free" time on his hands, and maybe that threaded plug is meant to replace the loose screw in his head.

    like this Swiss cleaning attchment in 30 cal.

    The "jag" Looks to be of Swedish design to me. It looks as though it might fit the long brass cleaning rod I bought a few years back that has no way of adapting to a normal brush.
