    I'm curious about the cost of ammo (if you don't reload) for these rifles. I understand the 7.5x55 can be a little tough to find (compared to the 7.62x54) in surplus. Who makes it as a new load?

    Also, I'd like opinions on how they shoot. Are the claims of accuracy founded? What groupings would you see out of an example with bright bore?

I have 3 K-31s and they all shoot accurately. My son shot one for the first time at Thanksgiving. Shooting a three shot group at 50 yards, two of his shots touched and the third was less than an inch away. He bought one last week through the Aim Surplus Christmas sale.

    These Swiss rifles are very accurate and a unique type of rifle, due to the straight pull. Great trigger pull.
    With these low prices one of the best firearms deals ever.
