Visiontac scopes - Good or Garbage??

Anyone have any experience with them or seen a review? Judging from the prices I am suspecious. How about Winchester scopes?

  old scopes lack the modern technology that the new ones have. though old scope glass is crisp, many old scopes are well used and or fog up easier. if you dont mount it with matching old mounts, sometimes they dont work properly. i prefer old scopes myself. i baby mine guns so i dont mind being careful with them.
