Husqvarna Revolver in 8mm Lebel (Antique)

I haven't seen an 1870's revolver that I have anywhere in any reference book .. it's a Husqvarna antique serial No.9xxx with an additional stamp L A No.5xxx. Appears from all info I can find that (by the date) it should be chambered for the 7.5 Swiss but is in fact chambered for the 8mm Lebel. I can't find the gun in any reference book anywhere. Sorry I cannot post a pic but will be happy to email some to anyone who may be able to help. Any ideas? Thanks.

  I believe what you might have is a Husqvarna Model 1887 which was a Nagent system revolver. These same revolvers were also produced by Nagent in Liege, Belgium.
  
  The Husky is listed as being produced in 7.5mm, but I know that the Nagent was also made in 8mm.......maybe some of the Huskys were too.

  If your revolver HASN'T been rechambered it should accept the 7.5mm Swedish Nagant revolver Cartridge.
  
  The Nagant Cartridge is very similar and in most cases interchangeable with the 7.5mm Swiss Army revolver cartridge.
  
  The French 8mm Lebel Revolver cartridge is larger in most dimensions then the two above cartridges. It's not likely that it would function in the Swedish revolver unless it has been rechambered.
