Husqvarna Revolver in 8mm Lebel (Antique)

    I believe what you might have is a Husqvarna Model 1887 which was a Nagent system revolver. These same revolvers were also produced by Nagent in Liege, Belgium.

    The Husky is listed as being produced in 7.5mm, but I know that the Nagent was also made in 8mm.......maybe some of the Huskys were too.

    If your revolver HASN'T been rechambered it should accept the 7.5mm Swedish Nagant revolver Cartridge.

    The Nagant Cartridge is very similar and in most cases interchangeable with the 7.5mm Swiss Army revolver cartridge.

    The French 8mm Lebel Revolver cartridge is larger in most dimensions then the two above cartridges. It's not likely that it would function in the Swedish revolver unless it has been rechambered.
