According to Winchester Dates Of Manufacture 1849-1984, by Madis, that rifle was produced in 1902. The value would depend on the percentage of original finish remaining, whether there were any modifications, e.g., extra holes drilled in the stock, stock shortened, broken and repaired, etc. The Blue Book gives the value range from $1,950 + 20% for a rifle in 98% condition to $350 + 20% for a gun in 10% condition. Deluxe models will command substantial premiums.

    Hello Rick...

If you want the exact date of manufacture, I highly recommend contacting the Cody Firearms Museum - http://www.bbhc.org/firearms/records.cfm and ordering a factory letter.

The value will greatly depend upon the specific features & variation of your Model 1894, and the graded condition. My bet is that is was manufactured in late 1903.
