Leatherwood scopes
Does anybody have any opinions on Leatherwood scopes in general and the Sharpshooter model in particular?

I believe someone asked about those a year or more ago and got no responses. You would be well served to go with one of the known, name brand scopes with dependable service. If you are on a budget look at Bushnell. If price is no object, look at Schmidt and Bender. In between look at Burris, Leupold, Nikon. JustC would also include Nightforce and Valdada. 0 -
Greetings!
If I remember correctly these were the military sniper scopes of good quality that had the ranging stadia, etc. in them. If what I remember is correct, they were a good item, designed and devised by a soldier. You might want to check Kalinka Optics for a wide variety of really unique, durable and resonably priced scopes with a similar bent.

Are you asking about these "new" Leatherwoods that have recently hit the market?
If so, I've been wondering about them myself and personally I'm tired of being the guiniepig that spends too much and gets too little ...
Anybody out there tried one?.If you really want to do something, you'll find a way ...

... If you don't, you'll find any excuse.0
