AMD 65 side-folder on Rom Sar-1 ?

Hello Everyone,

I was recently offered a AMD-65 Side-folding stock at a really good price. However, after looking at it, I'm not sure if it can be installed onto a Romanian SAR-1 easily. Will it install easily?

Any help would be appreciated!

  It will take you les sthan two hours to do if you have any skill at all. BTW AMD-65 stocks are largely worthless. They lock up solidly, but have no cheek rest and make it nearly impossible to keep the sights on a target.

  If I'm not mistaken, altering a receiver in this way is treading on legal grounds. Am I wrong? I almost did it with an underfolder.
