Are Bullet Swaging Presses Universal?

I'm researching purchasing a press that can be used for multi-purpose bullet swaging, case forming, etc. I looked at the Corbin website and I am wondering about using other manufacturers' dies - corbin has an "S" die press at a reasonable price - how versatile is it?
