Need to know some history?
I recently bought a double barrel muzzleloading shotgun. The whole lock system and forearm are made together and out of metal. The only marks on the gun are a couple of proof marks and the #'s 410 on under side of barrels and breech plugs?
It is very old,and worn at muzzle's.
[?]Could anyone tell me something about a gun like this? This is the first example I have ever seen.My e-mail at: sjflynn@sbcglobal.net

Like Capt. Kirk said, post a photo. The 410 may indicate it is a .410 shotgun, but may not. Your description (or probably anybodies) is just not enough to go on. 0
