Winchester Md12 Trap

I inherited a Winchester Md12 Trap (serial#Y2005603) from my father. I believe it is a 30" barrel and rarely shot, it is in mint type condition. I would like to know the value range of the gun? Thanks

    Good morning mmittels: you have what is know as the "Y" Md 12. these were made POST-64. Your gun was made in 1972. So it may have the old style checkering on the butt stock, with a screw in the pistol grip gap. Anyway the value on the "Y' models has gone up lately, if you are accurrate in it's condition, $750-$1000. If you have the factory box that it came in with the paperwork, $900-$1500. I give a range because without seeing it it's hard to pin point an exact dollar figure. Regards Dave
