[8D] Any problems sending C&R firearm to New York from C&R to C&R? How about it my friends form New York ? Thanks

  It depends on what type of gun & where in New York.
  
  If you have a C&R, you were mailed a copy of State Laws and Published Ordinances - Firearms (ATF P5300.5); you're going to have to look it up. If it is not clear to you that such a transfer is legal, you should insist that it be shipped to an FFL.
  
  State/local firearms laws take precedence over Federal laws.

  Hi BT3, I live in Suffolk County and have a C&R. As you are well aware you cannot use it to ship or receive pistols even though they are listed as C&R's. Rifles only and no full auto's.
  That is the law in our wonderful State, no matter what County you live in.
