3/4 rings for new gun
Ok, I did it. I bought a Savage model 30 in 17hmr and I'm putting an old (but really neat.. extra loooong) weaver old style .22 scope on it. Any ideas WHERE I might look for 3/4 inch rings to fit the weaver style base that these Savage's come with...? randy

I cannot point you at any place you can certainly buy them, but they turn up at gunshows, look for the guys with all the used scopes, and you may find them places like the auction here or flea bay. 0 -
Gun shows are a very good place to look. Other places to try:
The Wanted to Buy Section of this Forum.
Gun Smiths/shops in your area for NOS or takeoffs.
And as already suggested ... there are the auction sites.
