Year of Manufacture for S&W revolver

I am trying to find the year of manufacture for a Smith & Wesson M-15 revolver. It is a 5 screw and the serial number is K 200538. I have year of manufacture for Winchester but I can't find anything on Smith & Wesson. Can anybody help? Thanks
