Ak folding stocks

Can you grip your gun right with a folding stock. Because they seem to stop right where your hand goes. Has anybody have those stocks that slide right up past the gun it looks wire.

  What kind of folding stock are you talking about? There are several types of side folders and one type of underfolder.
  In either case you grip the pistol grip and forend to shoot any of them

  yeah, you put one hand on the pistol grip, and the other on the handguards. i am guessing you are talking about the romanian side folders, they do look a little "wiry".

  i not exatly sure what your talking about but i can shoot my underfolder with my left or right
