Where is the cheapest place to buy brass-cased, non-corrosive ammo for my ar-15 chambered in .223. I dont want any steal cased ammo. I also dont plan on reloading this round. I would like to buy half a case or a full case. FMJ or SP. Thanks for your time and help. 0 -
Try one of the "-Marts" after hunting season is over, they usualy put it on clearance rather than hold it over for a year. 
Some guys like a mag full of lead, I still prefer one round to the head.0 -

Other than milsurplus ammo,30-30 is about the cheapest center fire rifle ammo there is.I've seen it as low as 8.50 from time to time.You wouldn't save much reloading it it you could get it at that price....depending on the bullet you use.
I really like 'plinking' at 100 yds with my Old marlin I picked up last year.The guns and the ammo are affordable,and just plain fun ta shoot.

if you have a dicks sporting goods near you they put 10 dollar off coupons in the wild life digests around here they have the core lokts my rifle really likes the 170s best of luck you can also get buy in bulk from cabelas 0 -
I have a Marlin in .44mag and love it. I was cleaning my gun room and came by a bunch of .30-30 so I HAD to go buy a new gun. I found a NIB Marlin .30-30 at a pawn shop for a great price, so I had them hold it untill payday. [:D][:D][:D]
