I must be part dummy!Can any of you experts tell me roughly when my sks,Norinco was born?Ser#1601980.Tryed to figgure it out this am,but to many different ways to desifer for my old head to comprehend.Has ser#then made in china then after all that has poly tech,Atl,Ga,after that if that helps,Thanks ahead for ant replies.[?]

There is so many different ser# ranges from so many different plants it is hard to tell sometimes. A lot of them were only serial numbered so they could be imported here
