    Not standard sizes as far as I could tell. Some time back I had to make a tap when I got a new frame that had one of the holes without its thread. Went looking for it again and have since lost the tap.

    Been there - done that!

    Bushing tap is: .236"-60 Screw tap is: .150"-50
    Above items available from Brownells as stock numbers 080-598-236, and 080-598-150 respectively.
    Use a 7/32" tap drill for bushings, and a #31 tap drill for screws.

    Yes, but.......don't you have to stake the bushings after installation?

    Hello brownell also has the tool for STAKING page 110 item#080-644-000

    They were originally staked but it is not necessary. I just screwed them in tight and they were OK. Had the grips off and on several times. Being a lot larger diameter than the screw threads they are not likely to loosen. You can also use 'Locktite' when you install them if you want.
