Winchester Select

Can anyone provide background on this line of shotguns? I can't seem to find any information other than advertising from Winchester. How is the quality? What is an avg price of a NIB field model? Is there any difference in Belgian vs. Italian manufacture? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
