FFL transfer in Conyers, GA

I won an auction on GB and I am looking for a FFL that does not require a FFL from the sender. I have contacted many FFL's in this area and most think that they are required to have a copy of sender's FFL. I know this is not the case. If you can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
