looking for a scope

I am looking for a scope for my m1a. I'm just going to be having fun with it, I don't shoot in competitions, and I rarely buy match ammo, just normally milsurp.
Can somebody point me in the direction of a sweet deal? Are there any websites out there that are reliably low cost?
Also, another factor is budget. I'm married and in college.
Thanks a lot everybody, I've already saved enough money through advice gained on this forum that that's how I'm justifying this purchase.[;)]

    I'd consider the deal Burris has had going for some time, if still available. It is a combo offer; a Fullfield II 3-9x with a Landmark spotting scope (20-45x, ???). This is available for around $200-$220 from the GB auction site or Natchez Shooters Supply.

    Cant beat the Bushnel Elite 3200 10x40. I had one on my M1A, very good scope. NIB sell for under $200.
