with the ban over could i put a folding stock on a ruger 10/22 rifle? the rifle is post ban

  Yes! as far as I know.

  Yes you can put a folding stock on.Matter of fact I'd get one before they could put another ban into effect.The same goes for banana clips. For the stock I can recommend the Butler brand , I have one on mine and they are well made.
