Remington 742 Carbine Value

I have a Remington 742 Woodmaster Carbine 30-06. It was purchased new around 1961 or 1962. It has the buck and bear scroll work on the receiver. The serial number is 92400. I would like to know the current value. It has excellent blue and the wood is very good.

  With the engraving this sounds like a Model 742ADL Deluxe. Blue Book values range from $350 in 100% condition, 260 at 90, 235 at 80, and 195 at 60%. For real prices, get on the auctions and do an extended search on maker, model, caliber. See what's currently for sale and what has been sold back maybe 90 days. I find this technique very useful.
