Arsenal SA98

Having a hard time finding out the time of manufacture. See a lot of
95, 101, 93 SA 7 etc., but nothing on a milled receiver SA98. I
think its got to be a Bulgarian, but I'm just learning AKs so somebody
please share your knowledge on this model.
