  Looks like a 37mm. Unable to determine country from the photo.

  bobski, I don't mess with anything this huge, but I have two buddies who don't collect anything under 20mm - one of whom had (he sold his collection) things I don't even want to describe here, even if they were inert. If you can give me decent measurements and describe the markings, I'm virtually certian I can get you an ID.
