I dont know what info you want. Rolling block rifles in this caliber are common. 43 Spanish ammo is available but very expensive $40.00 to $60.00 a box of twenty. Reloading dies are very expensive also and 43 caliber bullets are not easy to find although bullet molds are available. I had a carbine in this caliber and decided to have it rebarreled to 45-70. 0 -
Lee makes inexpensive dies and moulds; also most custom bullet casting shops have the 43 cal bullets. Emery

This gun is a three band rifle in very good shape(good blueing and ,nice stock). The bands are stamped with a U. There is an R on the receiver and the serial # is 1234. I cannot find out about the R on the receiver and I wish to find the value of this gun. I have seen this rifle in much worse shape being sold for $1200.

i have one of these in almost new cond. but no 'r' on the receicver, my guess would be an armory or unit marking of some kind. if i had one in "slightly worst cond." i'd sell it for $1200 too. they usualy sell for $300/500 is shooting condition. 0
