S&W 422 sights needed...

I need a new rear sight for my wifes S&W 422 auto. I would like to install an adjustable type rear sight for her. Any ideas?? Her father gave her this gun when he got real sick and she loves to shoot it but the rear sight is toast. Please help with info. THANKS
