Remington 11-87 Shotgun
Where does this fit in the Remington family of shotguns? Older or newer than the 870?
My hunting buddy has a Remington Wingmaster contour with a "gold" colored trigger. 12 gs. I have been looking for one similar for a long time. Just like the way the gun fits.

Not sure what you mean.
Both the 11-87 and the 870 are in current production.

The 870 has been around since at least the 50's.
The 1187 was introduced in 1987. Thus 11-(87)

Im pretty sure they came up with the 870 in 1950. 0 -
newer - completely different guns but both good 0
