help on WWII PISTOL

I HAVE A WWII PISTOL THAT WAS LIBERATED FROM A DEAD GERMAN AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW A LITTLE ABOUT IT. THE PISTOL IS A 32 AUTO, HAS FL ON THE GRIPS, F L SELBSTLADER D.R.G.M 825283-833251 ON THE METAL SIDE OF THE FRAME. SERIAL#34757 THE BARREL IS UNDER THE RECOIL SPRING INSTEAD OF OVER IT. ANY INFO APPRECIATED.

  World War One period German military pistol manufactured by Freidrich Langenhan's Gewehr- und Fahrradfabrik, Zella St. Basil. The design is a conventional blowback, with a breechblock being a separate unit. Production lasted from 1914 to 1917. About 55.000 pistols were made for German Army during the World War One. This model was never sold commercially. Well made pistol with beautiful machining and polishing. Eight shot magazine.
  
  
  
  
  I guess as a small testament to this pistol is that I have read of one or two accounts of these very pistols being lifted off of dead vietcong in the vietnam war. Although, im my opinion, they are ugly and unwieldy looking.
