Merwin Hulbert & co. Junior

Can any one tell me about a rifle I have. It was made by Hopkins and allen MFG and also on the barrel is Merwin Hulbert & co. Junior. It also has Junior nest to that. Its in cal. 32 W.c.F AKA 32-20. I have shot this rifle with 32-20 and its in fine shape, can any tell me if this rifle is rare in this cal. and what it might be worth? Thanks
