I believe these are Mexican produced rifles. The Mexican government has a moritorium on military calibers, therefore there have been some interesting developements south of the border. Lots of 38 supers etc... down there for this and other reasons. One of the interesting things Garcia did was make a pellet rifle (22 cal I think) that used a blank projector type cartridge that then propelled the pellet down the rifling. Strange, but I'm sure an effective idea nontheless. Aside from that, I have no other ideas for you and have no specific info on Firearms International.
