    Had mine for almost 6 months before I swapped the stock for a Hogue rubber overmolded style; still shoots where I point it, and now that it's bedded; it does a very good job out to 225yds. Last month it shot some S&B ammo exactly where I wanted it to.....25 times!

    Hi alaskanman,

    My 10/22 Mag will do at least 2 inches on paper at 100 yards. It is reliable also.

    An advantage of the 10/22 Mag platform is that it can also be simply converted to fire the .17HMR also. An aftermarket contour .17HMR can be purchased and dropped into the factory original stock. With the .17 barrel that I have, the gun will shoot about 0.25 inch at 50 yards. See below.

    thanks for the replys guys. i have marlin and arms corp 22 magnums, i've shot more than a couple winchester 9422 mags and they have pretty good accuracy- the marlin the most accurate. the 17 hmr set up looks pretty good. what do you guys use your 22 mags for?
