Full-Auto BB Guns ??
Does anyone know who, what and where these may be availible? I am just curious. I remember seeing ads in the gun magazines in the 80's for these and thought they sounded fun but never looked for real info on it. Looking now I find that a co. EAA makes a Drozd model that is kinda what I'm thinking of but, what about a BB gun that has a large BB capacity and a Large CO2 tank (maybe like a paintball gun tank?)

You might be thinking about those machine gun bb guns from years ago that used a small can of air conditioner freon to propell the bb's. I think when the govt. outlawed those freon cans for public use to try and save the ozone layer then of course the bb guns no longer had anything to power the bb gun.
If this is true, I have no idea why they didn't switch to another way to power the bb gun.

The build quality on the old freon guns was crap...cheap plastic. The Drozd guns are pretty cool. 0 -

The gun you mention is made in Russia and is called the Drozd MP661K machine gun. It is a 30 shot full auto pellet or .177 caliber air gun. The gun will shot BB but this will eventually destroy the mechanism. Either lead pellets or lead balls should be used. The gun is C02 powered.
It has adjustable swithes to select single shot, 3 or 6 round burst. The cyclic rate is also selectable between 300, 450, and 600 rounds per minute.
Recently, some of the major air rifle manufacturers have been using bottled C02 for propellant in the form of 9 and 12 ounce reservoirs that attach to the rifles, but these are not full auto. The Drozd is the only full auto air gun that I know of.

Don't have an answer to your question (though some already have)but I'm old enough to be reminded of the full auto BB machineguns at shooting galleries at the county fair. They had two handles with a pushbutton "trigger" between them like a military .30 or .50 caliber weapon. Of course they also had real .22 shooting galleries with Winchester pumps and Browning autos back then too. Really miss those days. 0 -
I know!!! that's what I was thinking... I miss the fair with those shooting galleries and the full-auto BB guns where you had to shoot out the middle of the target to win a prize..... Plus, they seem fun. 0 -
Hey what about those BB tommy guns that they always had at the fair? Can u get a hold of those and tune up the accuracy, I could never shoot out that little red star. 0
