Model 12
I have a model 12 with a ventilated rib that slides on from the front and is held with 2 very small pins..about .060. These have sheared allowing the rib to slide forward and fall off. Where can I get new pins? I am in central Illinois. Thanks

Welcome to the forum auhinote: Well your Md 12, was made late 1960. Relatively new for a Md 12. Md 12s with a 30 in full choke are the most common. Since 16 & 20 ga. were no longer offered with a 30 in. barrel I'll assume yours is a 12ga. If the gun is a standard field grade, plain barrel, it could be worth as little as $350 to as high as $550. Without seeing it and understanding "your excellent condition" it's kind of hard to pin it down closer. Now if your gun has a Vent Rib on the barrel, checkered stocks, it could be a Trap gun and then it could be worth $750-$1500. Since they made about 8 different configurations of this gun in 1960, I would really need to have all the information you could supply to pin down exactly what you have, and a closer dollar figure.
