Russian Side Rail Mount

I have purchased a side rail mount for my SAR-3. There is alot of play in the front to rear movement after attaching it to the SAR. What can I do?

  Instructions should of came with it to tell you how to tighten it.
  
  Take it off the rifle. Turn the lever so it sticks straight out....We will call that 12 O'clock. Remove the little clip from the bottom of the lever. Pull the handle-lever off and set it back down facing 9 O'clock, or towards the front of the rail bracket. Re-install clip.
  
  
  The Theory of operation is: You want that lever to tighten up the screw even more to clinch it to your rifle. It will take some playing with to get it "timed" right to tighten up juuuuust right.
