MA permits high cap pistol magazines if you have the super-special Class A license to carry.
They just aren't allowed to be shipped into the state. (Though I think dealers can legally get them).
You are allowed to BRING them into the state, though.

In NY we can get any of the pre ban mags in hi capacity but can not sell the new Ruger 10/22 25 rounders or any new Hi caps mags that have come out recently.

The post-post ban mags are unmarked and therefore are indistinguishable from pre-ban mags for the purposes of bringing them into NY and MA. I have had lots of customers from MA looking for new no-ban, unmarked mags.

in california the limit is 10 rounds. apparently is has reduced crime significantly as there were ONLY 1,300 homicides in LA county alone last year. 0
