Trying to find old Ruger 454 Article

I can remember reading a link to an article which explained why the cases were getting stuck in the cylinder, but cant seem to find it in the archives. I think it was in one of more prominent gun magazines available online - Maybe Rifle Magazine?????....

  havent read but experienced this... 454 casull in ruger super redhawk, dirty cylincer walls... high pressure loads.... winchester partition golds and handloads were troublesome at times.... oh and often times just letting the brass cool down a bit will allow for easy extraction...

  Rem - I found that spraying the cylinder down with Rem Oil after every wheel shot (kinda sh***y, but...) hasnt stuck one since..
