Which bullet for Seecamps?

Understand Seecamp NO LONGER recommends Silvertips on their pistols, but now instead to go with Hydrashocks. Why is that? Is it due to a redesign on bullet and/or pistol? Which other rounds work? Any particular problems with Magsafe rounds? Which one is the best?
