if you want to keep the rifle original looking gunparts has reproduction barrels that look like the originals. if you want something different any good gunsmith can fit a barrel in almost any caliber you want. either way you'll need the services of the 'smith as barrel changes are something most people are'nt set up to do. 0 -

the new barrel will be better than the old.
my barrel has just 4 lands and grooves,
the new barrel has 6 lands and grooves that
is a sniper barrel for $113.25 bucks + shipping
that is finner that a frogs hair split 3 ways.
Mike keeping the rifle original to me does not matter
i just want the rifle to shoot strait.
