A good clean used one should sell for $150-$175. The 22-short caliber is not the most sought after in small handguns like that. The most popular caliber for the 950 is 25ACP.
That's my opinion,

Maybe not widely sought after, but FUN to shoot, and cheap.
I had a .22 Short 950 when I was a kid. I found out that the .22 Short, out of that short barrel, would not penetrate a normal 2" piece of lumber.
So, I would staple a target to a 2X6 and lean it against the wall in my room and shoot at it. Drove my mom nuts.

While we're telling stories about 22-short caliber 950's, I had one years ago and went to put it in our car. We had a near new 67 Pontiac Catalina 2-door hardtop-- a cool set of wheels. I sat down on the passenger side and decided to rack a round in chamber (not using the tip-up barrel feature like I should have). Well, when I turned loose of the slide letting it slam a round into the chamber, the thing went off and shot a bullet right between my feet in the floor. Scared the peedoodles out of me! I knew I didn't have my finger on the trigger so I looked in the grass outside the passenger side (the door was open when I racked the slide) and finally found the spent case. As I suspected, no firing pin mark. It was a slam-fire! I know every once in a while a 22 rimfire round has an extra sensitive primer, and that particular 22-short round had one. Cost me a hole in the floor of my car and nearly a hole in my foot!
Anyway, I share that story for those who might try what I did... and not be as lucky.

Just wondering:
Did you ever miss the 2 x 6?
You're right, they're fun guns to shoot!
I had 2, a short barrel and a long 3-3/4" barrelled one.
Swapped off the short one and kept the long one for long range at thick-skinned, dangerous game.0 -
The back of the slide always cut the web of my hand.
The 950M4's in exc condition with the box are worth a lot more than the 950B.

I had one for years, sold it but if I could find another for a decent price I'd grab it.You should never rack the slide on one of these little guns.It was made so you don't have to. [^]

If anybody ever wants to "Spiff" up their 950,
I ran onto a New set of Factory Beretta walnut grips
w/Beretta medallion like they put on the "EL" (fancy)
model; when I was going through my gun "stuff".
Like I say, these are brand new and really pretty.
Beretta price was around $50, I'd take half that for
a pair (Plus shipping).
