17 caliber cleaning kits

I just bought a Rossi 17HRM single shot youth rifle.Any thoughts on them? The reciever is drilled for a scope base,but no information in the owners manual on who makes a base for it. Who makes a cleaning kit for a 17 caliber rimfire rifle.Thanks,

  A bore snake from Outers or another vendors works great. It's most likely would be listed for a 17 Remington. Also works good for 177 pellet guns.

  I just bought an OTIS cleaning kit and wish I would have bought it years ago. I too have had real problems finding a SAFE (non-damaging) way to clean my rimfires and this was the solution. Everything fits in a 4"x4" pouch. You can make replacement patches out of old t-shirts. This is a heavy duty version of a "Patch Worm."

  I just use an air rifle cleaning kit. It works fine for me.
