Yugo sks front sight?

I am trying to clean up the front sight area on my yugo sks...

I have already removed the threaded front grenade launcher mount and unscrewed the bayonet...

Next I would like to remove the front sight and possibly mill off the remaining grenade launcher accessories..

The sight has two pins, what other surprises are in store for me???

Does anyone know how to safely remove, reinstall, and align the front sight asm???

Any help is appreciated.

  I have three of these things already. (Purchased in a lot)...
  
  I planned to sell one, maybe two, and thought I would just putz with one around the shop...
  
  I liked my friends Norinco paratrooper model, and wanted to see if I could emulate that with a small amount of work to one of mine.
  
  I wasn't sure that the front sight was press fit (thought maybe threaded)...
  
  Thanks for your help, I may put the entire thing in the mill and just take off the bayonet pivot...
