Bolt Carrier, Charging Handle Interchangeable?

I have a Bushmaster pre-ban upper receiver on a FAB 10 platform. The pre-ban upper is an A-2 type. Will the bolt carrier and charging handle from that work in a flat-top style, post-ban V-Match Bushmaster upper? Thanks!

  if yours is a quality made upper, which yours is!!! all parts should interchange, lower and upper!!!
