OW--A couple of us on the forum are looking for original Winchester peep sights as used on the M69a. This item caught my eye, but it's different from the ones I have. Do you have any knowledge of a source for these sights or parts thereof? Take a look at Item #25356172.'course this is a M69 instead of 69a.

Good morning John! Well that's a tough one since it's not a shotgun! LOL But I checked a few of my sites: Numrich says they have a Rear Sight W/2C Elevator, (#395060-01) Look at the Md 69A page. www.e-gunparts.com
Also looked at www.jeffsoutfitters.com they have several elevating sights. You will have to look at them. hope this helps you Regards Dave0
