PPK/S - what's it worth?

I have a Walthers PPK/S Cal. 9mm kurz .380 made in W. Germany, distributed by Interarms. Bluing is 99% and appears to have low usage. Has Black Pachmayr grips also in very good condition. Comes in original box with manual and extra clip. Can anyone tell me what it's worth?

  I would expect it to sell in the $350-400 range.
