Remington 788, 222/223 mags, different?

I have an auction running for magazines for a Remington 788 rifle. I thought I had two mags for 223, but when I double checked, I had one mag for a 222 and one mag for a 223. Is there that much difference? Would a 222 magazine feed 223 rounds?

  Chris,
  There is only .060 difference between the two, the 223 being the longer one.
  Shouldn't be a problem unless they are loaded really long as far as OAL is concerned.

  THE MAGAZINES ARE IDENTICAL, JUST THE STAMPING IS DIFFERENT.
